Develop a passion for eating healthy. Eating healthy is a lifestyle. It's also contagious. There's that old saying; the only thing more powerful than a person's will is his environment. If you surround yourself with friends who don't eat healthy, don't exercise, drink excessively, smoke, etc.., than you can spend time together discussing your newest doctor, your latest medications, and why your children are having so many problems. However, if you and your friends develop a passion for anything that's healthy, imagine the possibilities. You can share new healthy foods, enjoy active lifestyles, and rave about your healthy, happy and successful children. Remember, what you eat is who you are.
Create new and healthier habits. Now one of the biggest reasons we've heard as to why we eat the way we do is simply because, "we just don't know any better." How many of us have been raised on fast food? How many of us continue to do the things that we learned from our parents and our grandparents. Have you heard the story about "trimming the roast?" A lady was having her relatives over, cooking a big roast, and she proceeded to cut the ends off the roast. Her husband couldn't understand why she'd do this as he had never seen this. So the lady said, "This is the way we've always done this. I don't really know why. Let's ask my Mom." When she asked her Mom why she cut the ends off the roast, her Mom said, "That's the way Grandma did it." So finally they went over to Grandma and asked her the same question, "Why did you cut the ends off the roast?" Grandma thought for a second and then replied, "Cause it wouldn't fit in the pan."

Schedule your Party in the Kitchen. So again, we need to be ready to see food in a new light, but no one said we couldn't have fun doing it. In short, we've come up with a way to make healthy eating fun. Invite some of your closest friends over to your house to learn how to make delicious and healthy meals, dressings or desserts, all with raw foods. It’s easy, fun, educational, inspiring and life changing. Cooking session lasts 2 hours and you and your friends will learn to make at least three different items. Cost is $30 per person, with a minimum of 6 participants not including the host, however, the host’s fee is always complimentary (minimum cost is $150.)

Change your habits. Are you serious about making some serious changes in the way you eat? Do you care about the long term health and vitality of your family? Are you struggling with current medical issues, weight loss, or personal discomfort? Then you need to schedule a personal consultation and be open to embrace something new. So much of who we are depends on what we eat. Add to that, eating is habitual. If we want to change the way we feel, than we need to change our habits.
Schedule a single consultation. Consultations will come in two forms, short term and long term. A short term consultation is simply a 1 hour visit where we can give you a game plan to make some serious changes to the way you eat. A long term consultation is over a period of 2 hours and it's about getting to know you, and finding out what it is you are wanting to change in your life and how much change are you willing to experience. The long term consultations are recommended for people interested in detoxification with raw foods and cleansing.

Life Changing consultations. Now not everyone can make such major changes in one session. Some may need five or ten sessions. Some may need a regular weekly checkup to keep focused on the new and improved lifestyle changes. During the life changing consultations, not only will you have accountability, but you'll also have a chance to learn how to prepare some amazing dishes that not only taste fantastic, but are incredibly healthy as well. A life changing consultation is a multi week program where we will help you shop, plan, and prepare meals for your entire family. Purchase them in bulk to save money.
* A 3 session plan is $225 and includes three 1 hour sessions. Bring your Tupperware.
* A 5 session plan is $350 and includes five 1 hour sessions. Bring your Tupperware.
* A Weekly Plan is $280 per month We meet once a week for four straight weeks.
* A 2 hour long term consultation is $150.00 for more in depth detox programs.
